Meet the Sandy Springs Team Behind Servo Garage Doors Sandy Springs
We’re the crew that shows up when your door won’t open at 6:45 a.m. on a Tuesday. Four technicians and support staff who live in and around Sandy Springs, from the Perimeter side to the Chattahoochee River corridor. We’re background-checked, uniformed, and we each carry the same documentation system on every job. Marcus Deller built this team around one idea: name the part, give the price in writing, photograph the work, leave it better than we found it. No magic. Just a set of standards written down and followed.
Our People
Marcus Deller, Owner
Marcus started Servo Garage Doors in 2015 after a decade turning wrenches for other companies and watching too many customers get quoted one price on the phone and another when the truck arrived. He built Servo around The Haven Standard, a written agreement that starts with a flat, written price before any work starts. Marcus still takes service calls himself, handles the Free Second Opinion evaluations, and answers his phone 24/7. He’s the guy who reads a broken torsion spring the way a mechanic reads a misfire: he names the coil, the wire diameter, and the clean break at the fracture point, then tells you exactly what the fix costs. If he’s not on your job, he’s reviewing the photo record from whoever was.
Daryl W., Lead Technician
Daryl has been with Servo since 2017 and handles the highest-volume repair work across Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, and Roswell. He’s certified on LiftMaster, Chamberlain, and Genie opener systems, and he’s our go-to for logic board diagnostics on the myQ platform. Daryl keeps a torque wrench calibrated and rechecks spring tension numbers before he winds anything. On weekends he restores a 1987 Chevy pickup in his garage off Abernathy Road, which means he understands patience, torque values, and why you don’t rush a job that holds tension.
Priya N., Senior Installer
Priya leads full door replacement and new installation work. She’s been installing Clopay, Amarr, and Wayne Dalton doors for 11 years, the last five with Servo. Priya handles measured work: she documents every opening dimension, verifies headroom and side room, and confirms the track radius before the first panel comes off the truck. She’s the reason a replacement door in a 1990s Sandy Springs garage with tight ceiling clearance still opens clean. Priya grew up around her father’s hardware counter in Marietta and can identify a door brand and panel style from across a driveway.
Tom R., Service Coordinator
Tom is the voice on the phone at any hour, including holidays and 3 a.m. emergency calls. He’s been answering for Servo since 2019 and keeps the dispatch board running without making promises the trucks can’t keep. Tom’s job is to get you a named technician and an on-the-way text, not a callback window. He grew up in Chamblee and can tell you which technician is closest to your neighborhood based on where roadwork is on Johnson Ferry that week. When you call about a stuck door, Tom asks the questions that tell us whether we’re loading a spring, a cable, a sensor, or a full door kit into the truck before we leave the shop.
One Standard, Every Job

The Haven Standard is a written contract, and every person on this team agreed to it before they touched a customer’s door. Clause 1 means a flat, written price and written scope before any work starts, every job. Clause 4 is the documented photo record: the technician photographs the failed part before quoting a replacement, and the customer receives that record before we leave. That’s not optional, and it’s not something we do when we remember. It’s the thing Marcus wrote down in 2015 because customers kept getting quoted for parts they never saw. Daryl, Priya, Tom, and Marcus each carry that standard into every garage from Riverside Drive to Spalding Hills. Same truck. Same documentation. Same written price before the first bolt turns.
Why the crew structure matters for your repair
When you call Servo Garage Doors Sandy Springs at (470) 944-6743, Tom answers, identifies the technician closest to you, and that technician arrives with the parts that match the problem Tom documented on the phone. Daryl handles opener diagnostics and spring work. Priya handles measured installations. Marcus steps in on Free Second Opinion evaluations and technical reviews. Each person has a lane, and each person’s work ends with the same photo record and written warranty. That’s the standard. It’s worked for 18,000+ doors since 2015.
